Mark De Los Santos, FNP-C

Mark is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who partners closely with Dr. Sundrani. He attended Fresno State where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health 2008. Mark then pursued his interest in nursing, graduating from Fresno State with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012. While working in Medical/Surgical ICU, ER, and Telemetry Unit, he completed his Masters of Science in Nursing Education in 2015. This allowed him to mentor new nurses and nursing students in the hospital setting. He completed a heart failure project at Clovis Community Medical Center in educating nurses on the importance of reducing readmissions of heart failure patients. While working full time at Clovis Community Medical Center Mark completed his Post Masters Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2017 and was inspired to work with heart patients. His interests include treating patients with acute and chronic heart failure, atrial fibrillation, as well as valvular heart disease.

Mark was born and raised in the Central Valley and is committed in helping his local community. He is excited to work for CVC and building relationships with his patients. Mark volunteers his free time at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
