It is simple to register from our chart so we can link and access records from other electronic charts used by your participating providers.

For most appointment types you will receive a confirmation message 3 days before your scheduled appointment. You can choose Voice, Text Message (SMS) or Email confirmations. You will receive a notification for each method you choose. We suggest that you choose only one notification type. PLEASE LISTEN TO, OR READ, THE COMPLETE MESSAGE AND USE THE CONFIRMATION PROMPTS to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Our system only accepts your first response. Contact our office if you must make any changes or corrections to your confirmation response before your scheduled appointment.
