Dr. Sanam is the most recent physician to join our team. He is a board-certified general and interventional cardiologist, specializing in all areas of general and interventional cardiology, including atherosclerotic heart disease, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, arrhythmia, peripheral arterial disease, varicose veins, hypertension, and lipidology, among others. He also has a fellowship in advanced heart failure therapies such as cardiac transplantation and left ventricular assist devices. He brings his previous work experience from Colorado. He has been the lead author and researcher for many international publications and research trials. By actively participating in the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention (SCAI), he continues to advance and contribute to the field of cardiology and interventional cardiology.

Originally from India, Dr. Sanam moved to the Central Valley to continue advancing cardiovascular care and offer his expertise in the Fresno-Clovis community. During his spare time, he likes to spend time with family and friends, go biking, hiking, travel, take pictures, and watch sports.
